Danielle YS empowers women to Live BOLD through transition, so they can claim lives of peace, purpose & potential.

She became a trauma-informed Life Transition Guide after discovering the transformative power of major change in her own life. After graduating school with a degree in Astrobiology to become an Astronaut, she realized she had been chasing her dad’s dream and not her own. In just a few months (that felt like lifetimes!), she lost her identity, relationship, and home.

It was a blessing in disguise. 

After 9 years navigating her own life transitions and working with clients who were stuck in the uncertainty of change, she discovered the BOLD Method™.

The BOLD Method™ is Danielle’s signature formula of nervous system regulation, body awareness, intentional surrender & curiosity that can take you from life upheaval to major up-level.
